Below are two options for helping the church know your giving plans. You are invited to print off either card. Filling these out and turning them in is vital to helping the church plan for its ministries.
Option #1 is the official “pledge card” we use.
Option #2 is another way to fill out your numbers.
You may use either card, whichever is more helpful to you.
